Cancellation 

If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:

Package tour:

• More than 60 days before arriving: No cancellation charge

• More than 30 days before departure day: we will retain your deposit

• From 30 days to 15 days before departure day: 30 % of the tour price

• From 14 days to 8 days before departure day: 50 % of the tour price

• Less than 7 days before departure day : 100 % of the tour price

Day tour:

• 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge

• Less than 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: JOIN-IN GROUP TOUR POLICY

Dear Valued Customers,

To ensure the quality of our services and maintain reasonable pricing, our company implements a minimum participant policy for all group tours as follows:

1. Join-in Group Tours

Our Join-in group tours will proceed as scheduled when there are 06 or more confirmed participants.
The tour price will be applied according to our published rates.

2. Cases with Fewer Than 06 Participants

If the number of registered participants is between 02 and 05, we can still operate the tour by converting it into a small private group tour. This option offers several benefits:

* Greater Flexibility: Enjoy more adaptable timings and a more relaxed itinerary.
* Enhanced Privacy: Experience a more private service with a higher level of personal attention. However, please note that the tour price for a small group tour will be adjusted higher than the Join-in group tour due to reduced cost sharing.

3. Your Options

If your chosen tour does not meet the minimum participant requirement, you will have the following options:

* Reschedule: Choose an alternative departure date to meet the minimum participant requirement (subject to your agreement).
* Upgrade: Opt for the small group tour (2-5 participants) with the adjusted pricing.
* Refund: Receive a full refund if you no longer wish to participate.

We commit to informing you at least 2 days before the departure date if the minimum number of participants has not been met. We will also provide maximum support to ensure your best interests are protected.
