● 8:30-9:00 a.m: Our local licensed tour guide and scouter drivers will meet and pick you up at your hotel or at the meet-up point. Here, we will start the tour and our guide and drivers will take you to some peaceful traditional craft villages around Hoi AN such as TRA QUE VEGETABLES, CUA KHE FISH-SAUCE VILLAGE, KIM BONG CARPENTRY VILLAGE … while sitting behind our drivers, you will behold the yellow or green paddy fields, water buffalos, fishing-nets on rivers, the locals who working on the paddy-fields or fishing on the rivers. You can take many nice photos along the countryside paths.

● 9:00-9:30 a.m: You will arrive in Tra Que vegetable village. Our tour guide will tell you the history of the village and names of some vegetables. He or she also tells you about farming and the life of the locals.

● 9:30-10:00 a.m: Our tour guide and drivers will take you to a fishing boat dock, where you will see a lot of fishing boats and people selling different kinds of seafood. They will drive on a long and high bridge and you will see a very big estuary.

● 10:00-10:30 a.m: After taking nice photos at the dock, you will be taken to Cua Khe fish-sauce making village. Here, you will follow the tour guide to visit some families in the village. You will hear interesting stories about the village, then a family will invite you to visit their workshop. They will tell you traditional methods as well as modern methods to make special fish-sauce bottles. Someone will instruct you how to make fish-sauce. After these activities and taking photos, you will enjoy rice papers with fish-sauce and drink tea,

● 11:00-11:30 a.m: You will say “good bye” to the family and our tour guide and drivers will drive in 20 minutes to take you to Kim Bong carpentry village. On the way, you will stop to visit a family making rice papers and another family weaving sleeping mats. You will be stimulated to try weaving. If you are skillful enough, you will be hired to work here. Arriving in the carpentry village, you will see young sculptors working carefully with a lot of wooden products and fine wood. Our tour guide will tell you about their jobs, then he or she will take you to visit a ship building area nearby, where local workers repair fishing boats and tourist boats.

● 12:00-13:00 p.m: Leave the carpentry village, go back to the start. Here, you will enjoy coffee and delicious pastries.
